SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Local Pickup (available at our Elora location)
  • Free Shipping on orders over $299
  • Flat rate shipping $15 in Canada

Oversized Items We do NOT ship bicycles, skis, snowboards, snowboard boots, poles or any oversized item. Please contact us if there are any concerns. 

Service Appointments For bike service appointments, no shipping applies. Services are performed at our location and customers can drop off and pick up their bikes during business hours with an appointment.

Digital Products Digital products and service vouchers are delivered via email immediately after purchase and do not require shipping.

Delivery We ship to addresses within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
