The Madshus Vidda Backcountry skiing boots also have a more rough and grippy outer sole that provides the confident grip you need in various snow condition when off the skis making your camp taking a break.

The high cuff will ensure support and minimize the risk of getting snow inside - but remember always to use gaiters as well to block fully for snow.
